Q. How do I place an order?

A. You can call us anytime at (407) 880-2725.  You can also contact

Q. Are there any shipping and handling charges?

A. There will be a shipping cost if you place and order with us.  However, we do not mark up shipping.  Your shipping charge will depend on the size (weight) of your order and will be  the estimated actual cost.  We ship orders via the US Postal Service but can ship UPS or Fed Ex if requested.  We never add handling charges to our orders.

 
Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?

A. We are a registered business within the State of Florida and are required to pay a

6.5% sales tax on all items we sell to Florida residents.  We are not required to pay or

collect sales tax on orders shipped out of the State of Florida.

 
Q. What types of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as well

as checks and money orders.

 
Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Items in stock are shipped within 5 business days.  Custom-made items will ship within 2 weeks.  Please let us know if you have an urgent request and we will try our best to

accommodate you.

 
Q. What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

A. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.  Please contact us if you want to return or

exchange any item purchased from us within the last 30 days.

 
Q. Do you wholesale your products?

A. Due to the high demand and unique nature of our items, we currently do not sell

wholesale.
